Shop Policies

  • All items are custom-made and personalized to the individual party, therefore returns and exchanges of finished products are not accepted. 
  • Any problems with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • I do not accept responsibility for customer-supplied items. Machines can and do sometimes ruin items. I always do my absolute best, but in the event an item is damaged, I can only credit for the stitching. 
  • Once shipped, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact your local USPS/UPS office for information on your parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. 
  • Please triple-check that spelling of names or monograms is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for misspelled names or monograms that are entered incorrectly. 
  • Customer service and satisfaction is my main priority. Before an order leaves my office, it has been triple checked to ensure the quality meets my expectations and is of the highest grade. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
